PRIVATE 1 ON 1 SESSIONS

MAT SESSIONS

GROUP EQUIPMENT SESSION
This is a 1 on 1 private session with just you and our qualified instructor. Get 100% eyes on you! This session is recommended for beginners who wish to book on our group Pilates sessions and is a safe way to be introduced to the Pilates equipment.
Use your body weight in these mat sessions. Choose from over 20 weekly Mat sessions. Our Mat sessions combine Pilates and Yoga techniques.
Our vibrant group equipment sessions are a great way to work out. With a maximum of 3 people, our group sessions run up to three times daily. (If you are injured or have pathologies please ahead of booking a group session as an assessment will be necessary).
Our specialist sessions allow us to offer classes to specific members of the community who need that one on one attention.

ONLINE SESSIONS
Pilates is a safe way to exercise throughout pregnancy. After a 40 minute session where you've worked the entire body, you'll feel elongated, more flexible and in a better mood. (Always take advice from your physician).
Our instructors are equipped to train you back to health. If your Physiotherapist has suggested Pilates or gentle exercise as a form of rehabilitation post operation or diagnosis then our 50 minute Pilates class package for you.
By bringing Pilates directly to your home. Would you prefer to workout at home/on vacation? Well, we have a 40 minute online experience for you. We can set you up with the apparatus you need for your sessions.
