P I L A T E S & Vacation

When it comes to exercise we simply incorporate it into our lifestyle so it doesn’t necessarily feel like a chore.


Vacations (holidays) for us do not mean slacking but if anything it means spending more time on ourselves and our body. After all we allegedly have more time on our hands right?


Our studio is currently closed until 27th August. During this time we will be offering online Mat classes at various times so you’ll be able to keep up with your Pilates practice.


All you’ll need to have us:

1) a good WiFi connection

2) a Mat.


These classes will be live from the location we find ourselves in.

Already some of you have made the financial commitment to keep up with Pilates while you too travel!! And we look forward to seeing many of you on the Mat! Sessions can be booked in the normal way via the app you’ll receive the zoom link once payment has been made.

Travelling alone with two children (6yrs & 11 months) are we insane? Tips

  • Bring snacks/sandwiches/ your charger.

  • Nappies and wipes/ change of clothes for all to suit the weather at your various destinations.

  • Bring your baby carrier or better still don’t forget your nanny!!!!
