The Pilates Studio Accra – Cancellation and Refunds Policy At The Pilates Studio Accra, we are committed to providing a consistent and high-quality experience for all our clients. To help us maintain this standard and ensure fairness, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation and refund policy below: 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement All clients must cancel or reschedule their sessions at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage bookings effectively and offer the slot to another client. 2. Missed Sessions If a session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be forfeited. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be permitted in such cases. 3. Refund Policy Refunds are not permitted for any missed or late-canceled sessions, regardless of reason, unless the cancellation is made within the required 24-hour window.
