Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy: • 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: All clients must cancel or reschedule their sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. For example, if you have a session booked for 9:00 am on a Wednesday, please cancel by 9:00 am on Tuesday to avoid being charged for the session. 2. Unlimited Offer Clients: • If you are enrolled in our unlimited offer, we kindly ask that you inform us immediately if you need to cancel a session. This helps us open the spot for other clients who may wish to book. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively. 3. Arrival Time: • Punctuality is Essential: Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after the session start time will be denied access. By this point, you would have missed the warm-up stage, which is crucial for preventing injury. Additionally, late arrivals disrupt the flow of the group class.
