Service Description

Well Done! you've made time for yourself. We know if can be challenging finding the time for yourself, that is why we have extended postpartum eligibility criteria to 11 months post partum. The body changes quite significantly after carrying a baby. In your first appointment we'll carry out a diastasis check. We will then work on a plan to bring your body back to strength.
